The 2017 Projectoree

Our annual jaunt down 95 to Lorton seemed like a couple of days from summer camp. The heat was high and matched in intensity by the humidity!

Thanks to Mrs. Gattuso for organizing, it takes a lot of work to pull off this event. And thanks also to Mrs. Coopersmith for being our freshly minted new jockey for the scoutmaster chariot race. Her eating was monitored closely all day and weighed in just under the weight needed. This I believe was one of the factors in our ability to win the race after many years of trying, but also using the Southern Appalachian speed lashing seemed to help as well.
